Qualifications
  • 4 GCSEs grade A*-D / 3-9 including Maths and English

Experience
  • Demonstrate an understanding of customer care when liaising with the public on the telephone, electronic and / or face to face
  • Some understanding of the apprenticeship role
  • Experience of team working
