A growing telecoms company in Essex is seeking experienced Appointment Setters to join their expanding team. The role involves a mix of lead generation, cold calling, and business development to engage with business customers and improve their telecoms packages. Candidates should have at least 2 years of telesales or appointment setting experience, ideally within telecoms. Competitive salary between £25k and £30k with OTE of £55k to £65k. This is an exciting opportunity for career progression within the company.

Qualifications

They are now looking to start a new team of sales professionals to reach out to business customers, giving them more options on their current telecoms packages. You will perform a mix of lead generation, appointment setting and pitching rewarding solutions to provide a better service. This client is growing and expanding with demand for their services continually increasing.

The Role
  • Lead Generation / Appointment Setting – Phone – A mix of cold calling and lead development to gain more leads and warm leads from the existing database.
  • Business Development – Reaching out through all opportunities to gain more leads and business via calling, email, prospecting through LinkedIn, etc.
  • Upselling / Cross‑selling – Looking for opportunities to encourage further sales from existing clients.
