Are you a talented Application Support Team Leader who can co-ordinate and motive the team, has a passion and desire for customer service and to excel in their role. Support Lead Team Leader will be responsible for managing a small team of 4 direct reports and some additional project reports.
Do you have previous responsibility for managing the development, deployment and maintenance of the organisation\'s Digital platform and software applications, to ensure the seamless integration between the development of applications and their operation efficiency?
The Postholder will have responsibility for the provision of excellent services delivered through the DevOps team and provide leadership and management support to this team.
3rd Line Team, providing technical solutions and advice for the software products provided by the business. The role is instrumental in working with the support teams and delivering improvements in customer support and experience

The application team leader will take responsibility for managing the development, deployment and maintenance of the organisation\'s Digital platform and software applications, to ensure the seamless integration between the development of applications and their operation efficiency.
The Postholder will have responsibility for the provision of excellent services delivered through the DevOps team and provide leadership and management support to this team. In addition, you will build strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders ensuring service needs are translated into effective OCT solutions.
The application team leader will play a key role in driving the adoption of DevOps practices, Improving efficiency and collaboration within the organisation.
As Support Lead Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the team performs to the highest levels and SLA commitments are met with exceptional customer service, and be a conduit between support, DevOps, and other teams. You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to take ownership of incidents, whilst ensuring issues are being prioritized and resolved effectively.
This role reports directly to the Head of Technology & Data and will need some technical understanding of some of the following technologies: SQL, DevOps principles, Scripting/PowerShell, automated testing.
