A global consulting firm is offering an Actuarial Graduate Programme starting in March or September 2026. The ideal candidates will work on pension schemes, develop critical skills in a supportive environment, and pursue professional qualifications. This program provides permanent contracts from day one and offers opportunities for growth across multiple UK locations including Birmingham and London.

Our consultants advise clients on defined benefit pension schemes, helping them manage financial and operational risks now and in the future. As a graduate, you will work with the most creative minds in the industry, earning as you learn and building your career as an Actuary.
As an actuarial graduate, you will work on a range of client teams providing advice and support to trustees or the company sponsoring the scheme. Our aim is to develop you into a trusted advisor quickly, through technical and consulting skills, communication, project management and networking. You will continually improve your commercial awareness and professionalism to grow into a successful actuarial consultant.

After completing the programme, you’ll continue to receive technical and business skills training, pursue actuarial qualifications, and work with your line manager toward promotions (twice a year). You can explore different career paths and specialist teams as listed above.
Entry Requirements:
Permanent contracts from day one; right to work in the UK required. EU Settlement Scheme status or ongoing decision process is acceptable.

The programme begins with a six-month in-office training period, followed by flexible working with a mix of office and client days.
