A leading fintech company in London is searching for an Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead to drive the strategic direction of their Anaplan platform and manage a team of experts. The role involves defining the long-term vision, overseeing complex projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance financial planning capabilities. Ideal candidates will have extensive Anaplan experience and strong leadership skills.

The role
As the Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead, you will be the driving force behind the strategic direction and successful implementation of Monzo’s Anaplan platform. You will build and lead a small, high-impact team, championing Anaplan best practices and delivering a world-class financial planning capability across Finance, Customer Operations and People teams.
This role is based in our London office, with a hybrid working environment and flexible working from home arrangements. We’re open to distributed working within the UK with occasional attendance in London for key meetings. We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team.
£1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences. We will set you up to work from home; all employees are given Macbooks and, for fully remote workers, we provide extra support for your work-from-home setup.
