About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Boots Quality team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, gathering, analysing, investigating and reporting customer feedback across a wide range of products. Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our products continue to delight our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse consumer feedback, highlighting trends and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Triage, investigate, and respond to consumer complaints and product enquiries.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure investigations are conducted and outcomes are clearly communicated. This includes managing any necessary corrective actions identified.
  • Liaise with team members in our Safety and Regulatory teams to assess and address any potential safety or compliance concerns.

  • A scientific and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communicator - both written and verbal - with strong teamwork and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage, organise and prioritise their own workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, visualisation, and reporting to support decision-making and trend identification.

It would be great if you also have

  • Ideally, you\'ll bring working knowledge of Salesforce CRM along with a background or strong interest or experience working in a product quality role or data analysis role.
