Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

  • Work model: remote
  • Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.
  • Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
  • Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
Qualifications for the Role
  • Minimum 5 years relevant technical sales experience, within process gas analysers and Emission monitoring instrumentation.
  • Strong people‑management skills with 2-3 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team of sales professionals.
  • Demonstrable success in building territory strategies, managing regional sales pipelines, and supporting the team to achieve collective revenue and growth targets.
  • Solid understanding of service delivery models, aftermarket support, and service contract management.
  • Competent in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.
