Join Bluelight as an Analyst Functional Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering successful CRM, web and portal projects.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with a degree and at least one year of experience in a similar role using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This position will be covering the full project lifecycle from client workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, training, and go‑live support. You’ll collaborate closely with external clients and internal teams, including data consultants and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Take client workshops to understand existing processes and requirements.
• Document specifications and configure / customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and provide support during testing and hyper‑care periods.
• Work with project managers to keep consulting activities on track.
• Partner with technical teams to resolve functional gaps and implement solutions.
• Communicate progress updates and manage risks effectively.
• Contribute to the development of Bluelight solutions and industry templates.
