Job Title: Ramp Agent

Contract Type: Part Time, fixed term contract ending 31/10/2025

Hours: 30 hours per week, shifts between Monday - Sunday

Salary: £12.41 per hour

1. Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
2. Marshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring safe and precise positioning.
3. Operate ground service equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts, responsibly.
4. Perform aircraft servicing tasks, including cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, and water replenishment.
5. Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including marshalling signals and hazardous material guidelines.
6. Provide excellent customer service to passengers and airline partners.
7. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
8. Work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
9. Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
10. Be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
11. Possess a valid FULL UK MANUAL driver's license and pass a background check.
