Qualifications

• Experience leading an Engineering department.
• Detailed knowledge of maintenance integrated processes and systems.
• Working knowledge of H&S legislation.
• Strong knowledge of Part 145 operations and Workshop maintenance functions.
• Strong knowledge of Part 21G production.
• Workshop Approval or Part 66 Licence holder (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead Aircraft Workshop Services at Heathrow.
• Drive operational excellence with safety at the core.
• Act as nominated post holder for LHR Workshop operations.
• Advocate for a strong safety culture.
• Manage a team of 5 direct reports and 150 indirect reports.
