Our client, a leading international logistics and freight specialist, is seeking an Export Operations Clerk to join their busy London team.

Key Responsibilities

• Book flights with airlines and agents
• Complete administration tasks to support the operation team
• Raise Export Customs Entries on CDS (Descartes software)
• Manifest and pre‑alert flights
• Raise T1 documents for road shipments
• Assist in the warehouse for approximately 12 hours per day (6pm‑8pm) – no heavy lifting, shipments under 32kg

Desirable Knowledge & Experience

• T1 / T2 clearances / discharges
• Import / export of ATACarnet and CITES goods
• Forklift licence (desirable, not essential)
• Dangerous Goods awareness (desirable)
• Driving licence (desirable)
