• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance including filter cleaning, refrigerant checks, and electrical inspections.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults within air conditioning systems quickly and effectively.
• Conduct repairs or part replacements on compressors, motors, thermostats, and more.
• Test systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety after each service.
• Keep detailed and accurate service reports, communicating clearly with clients and supervisors.

Requirements / Ideal Candidate

• A strong technical foundation in HVAC systems and refrigeration practices
• Valid F-Gas certification and NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• The ability to pass DBS and/or Police and MoD background checks
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A meticulous approach to safety, compliance, and system performance
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• The ability to manage time independently and work proactively
