Overview

We\'ve partnered with a well-established and growing HVAC contractor based in Sussex, with over 10 years of industry experience. They provide full turnkey solutions—from installation through to service and maintenance—and are a trusted Daikin, Mitsubishi and Panasonic Business Partner. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Drive project sales and oversee HVAC installations from inception to completion.
• Combine hands-on project management with a strong focus on direct sales and client relationship development.
• Lead in-house engineers, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary £47,000-£50,000 OTE
• Bonus structure - up to £13k per annum

Requirements

• Proven track record in HVAC/Air Conditioning sales and project management.

• Full UK driving license
