Overview

This role is suitable for someone looking to work locally to Manchester with the desire to progress within a business. You will be home each evening and there is very little travel outside of the key Manchester/Cheshire area. The company is a Manchester-based air conditioning contractor with a long history of very satisfied clients and substantial repeat business. The focus is on client satisfaction rather than speed, and the pace is generally slower than some contractors.

Responsibilities

• Project Management on commercial air conditioning installation projects – predominantly new builds, office refurbishments and upgrades in and around Manchester and Cheshire.
• Engage with projects ranging from £25k to £500k within high-end commercial offices, scientific sites, commercial buildings and modular builds.
• Supervise the delivery of installations from simple split systems to large VRV/AHU installations, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Work with a local Director who will provide design input and day-to-day support as required.
• Coordinate and manage experienced subcontractors to deliver projects on time with minimal disturbance to the client.
