Job description

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Installation Air Conditioning Engineer. This is a mobile role covering Kent, London, and surrounding areas, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Installing air conditioning systems including Split, Multi-split, VRV/VRF systems, and FCUs
• Carrying out full installations from first fix through to final commissioning
• Installing pipework, containment, condensate drainage, and associated electrical connections (within competence)
• Pressure testing, evacuating, charging, and commissioning systems
• Ensuring all installations comply with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
• Working on both residential and commercial sites
• Completing all installation, commissioning, and handover paperwork
• Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams

Requirements

• Be located within 15 miles of Dartford
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have significant industry experience installing air conditioning systems
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Show initiative, problem-solving ability, and a professional attitude on site
• Be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy

Essential Qualifications

• Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical qualifications, City & Guilds or equivalent
• Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar
