Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Worcester

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (No on‑call rota)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our professional and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault‑finding across a variety of systems.

You will be working on:

• Air conditioning systems: single splits, multi splits, VRV/VRF
• Refrigeration systems: cellar coolers, cold rooms, display fridges, freezer rooms
• Servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis
• Installation and commissioning of new systems
• A mix of domestic, commercial, and industrial sites

This is a Monday‑Friday role with no on‑call rota and no regular weekend work. However, occasional flexibility may be required to attend urgent breakdowns.

Requirements

• F‑Gas Certification (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desirable)
