A leading insurance company in the UK is hiring an AI Governance Support Analyst to manage AI governance, maintain records, and collaborate across teams. This role requires strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail. The company offers a competitive salary up to £45,000, annual bonuses, a contributory pension scheme, and various employee benefits including private medical cover and 25 days of annual leave.
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about responsible AI? We're looking for an AI Governance Support Analyst to join our expanding AI Governance and Ethics team. Reporting directly to the Head of AI Governance and Ethics, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational governance of our AI use cases, managing key processes within the AI Hub, and helping us uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity. If you're detail oriented with a keen eye for process and enjoy working collaboratively across risk, data privacy, security, and architecture teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a real impact in shaping our responsible AI journey.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
