Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end account management of broker and client portfolios
• Assess and underwrite new and renewal business
• Build strong relationships with brokers and partners across the UK
• Make sound, profitable decisions in line with underwriting strategy
• Support business development through excellent service and risk insight
• Provide technical input and collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial underwriting (ideally in farm / agri insurance)
• Strong decision‑making and risk assessment skills
• Confident managing key accounts and broker relationships
• Organised, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
• Solid knowledge of relevant products, policy wordings, and pricing frameworks
