A leading insurance firm in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support their agile adoption journey. As part of a 12-month fixed term contract, you will facilitate workshops, coach teams and leaders, and drive cultural change within the organization. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in Agile delivery, an understanding of frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. You'll play a pivotal role in driving agile adoption and cultural change across AXA UK. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we deliver value, empower teams and embed agile practices at scale. You'll work closely with leadership, product teams and stakeholders to foster an agile mindset and support our ambitious transformation goals.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
