You will join the team dedicated to Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Methods and Processes within the Airframe Engineering organisation, developing inspection and sensing methods for aircraft structures. Inspection is a key enabler of the aircraft industry, ensuring quality and safety, and contributing to the product development plan lead time and manufacturing cost. We aim to develop you into thinking about inspection as part of tests and manufacturing processes, with built-in quality features.
You will work in a transnational team of highly skilled professionals in the different fields of physics used for inspection (optics, acoustics, electromagnetics, radiography), both with hardware and software competences, including state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence.
