Agency Support Worker

Pay rate: From GBP13.73 an hour (inclusive of holiday pay), weekly pay

Our client specialisies in providing accommodation, rehabilitation and support for up to 17 adults with an acquired brain injury or neurological condition.

We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential services in Hinckley, supporting adults to develop skills, gain independence, and achieve personal goals at their own pace and in ways that suit them.

Responsibilities

• As an Agency Support Worker, you will assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.

Qualifications

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer spons0rship
• Have 6 months prior UK based experience in a proffessional healthcare setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
