We are seeking kind and compassionate individuals who wish to improve the lives of others. You will have the opportunity to work with our Northamptonshire-based team of care assistants, helping clients and developing relationships as a Care Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and build relationships as a Care Assistant.
• Provide personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, shopping, dressing, bathing, and accompany clients to appointments or social events as needed.
• Support daily routines and mobility, and help clients maintain independence where possible.
