Role Summary

Our Aged Care Support Workers play a vital role in creating a safe, caring, and home-like environment for residents in our aged care facility. You will provide support with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, and the preparation and serving of meals. Working closely with our Registered Nurses, you will also receive guidance and supervision to ensure residents receive the highest quality care and support.

Responsibilities And Duties
  • Deliver care services that reflect the individual goals, needs, and preferences of residents
  • Support the creation of a warm, home-like environment within the facility
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living and working environment
  • Actively contribute to feedback, reporting, and continuous improvement processes

This role is being hired on a permanent part-time basis.

Skills, Attributes And Experience

We’re seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals, ideally with experience in residential aged care. You take pride in providing quality care and find joy in supporting residents to live with dignity and independence. A strong team player, you bring excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of others.

Key Criteria Includes
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proof of working rights - Passport or visa
  • Previous experience in the industry will be highly regarded
