We’re looking for a dynamic Service / Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for our standalone workshop with a total of 21 ramps. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead in a high-performance environment, working with the latest tools and technology in a facility designed for efficiency and excellence.

As an Aftersales Manager, you’ll manage our Service Department, leading your team and maintaining standards, whilst ensuring our customers drive away happy.

What does the role of Aftersales Manager involve?

  • Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to both manufacturer and company standards.
  • Manage the Service department’s budgets, accounts, and costs, whilst maximising efficiency and profitability via labour sales, parts, and materials.
  • Review pricing policies and ensure appropriate legislation is adhered to.
  • Lead your Service Team, motivating and coaching to over-achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety processes.
  • Enhance customer service levels to achieve a fantastic CSI score for your department.
