Package: £72,000 with an uncapped OTE of £90,000 and company car

Hours: Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1800

Are you a results-driven Aftersales professional with a history of transforming performance? We’re looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager who can deliver exceptional financial growth, elevate customer satisfaction, and inspire a passionate team to reach their full potential.

About the Role

You’ll lead our Aftersales function—Service, Workshop, and Parts—introducing structured processes and best practices to drive efficiency and profitability. You’ll take a hands‑on approach to mentoring and supporting a committed team, helping them grow their skills and confidence while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of growing Aftersales revenue and improving customer satisfaction scores.
  • Leadership & Development: Ability to coach, motivate, and build capability within a developing team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled in managing budgets, KPIs, and driving profitability.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Industry Expertise: Senior-level Aftersales experience in automotive retail (BMW experience desirable), with deep knowledge of workshop operations, parts management, and warranty processes.
