We’re looking for a dynamic Service / Aftersales Manager to oversee our standalone workshop with 21 ramps. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead in a high-performance environment, utilizing the latest tools and technology in a facility designed for efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure warranty and repair work comply with manufacturer and company standards
  • Manage budgets, accounts, and costs of the Service department, maximizing efficiency and profitability through labour sales, parts, and materials
  • Review pricing policies and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Lead, motivate, and coach your Service Team to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a safe working environment following health and safety protocols
  • Enhance customer service to achieve excellent CSI scores
