Role Overview

As a care assistant you will be supporting residents in their day tasks, facilitating hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.


You will be expected to complete housekeeping tasks, follow health and safety guidelines, and accurately report condition updates and any incidents to senior staff members.


Residents suffer with age related illnesses such as dementia and Alzheimer’s, therefore supporting their psychological and physical well-being is of utmost importance.


Responsibilities

  • Support residents with day-to-day tasks, hygiene, mobility and nutrition.

  • Complete housekeeping duties and follow health and safety guidelines.

  • Accurately report condition updates and incidents to senior staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months experience within a similar care environment.

  • Checkable work history.

  • Up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, Infection Control.

  • En‑date enhanced DBS check.

Benefits & Details

This is an ongoing position.


You will be working from 14:00 to 22:00 on various days between Monday to Friday.


£12.21 per hour going up to £16.24 per hour after 7pm.
