Aerostructure Cost Engineer

Location : Filton (60% onsite, flexible working available)

Hours : 35 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am-7pm, agreed at business discretion)

Salary : £26.16 per hour (PAYE) / £35.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Security Clearance : BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

As an Aerostructure Cost Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our aircraft remain at the forefront of cost effectiveness and operational excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, using your technical expertise to provide independent, data-driven cost estimates and support strategic business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing recurring and non-recurring cost estimates for A220 Design to Cost projects, with opportunities to support other programmes (Single Aisle, A350, and more).
• Using digital costing tools and models to deliver harmonised, reliable estimates aligned with the latest industry standards.
• Supporting cost modelling, particularly for composite manufacturing processes.
