Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Quality Engineering role within aerospace or defense environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for aerospace and defense product supply.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA standards.
• Competence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to interpret and present to small groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and submit First Article Reports to customers.
• Monitor internal product quality issues and escalate where necessary.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality metrics.
• Release products according to regulatory compliance.
• Lead and host audits conducted by customers and third parties.
• Carry out internal audits as per company program.
