Advanced Team Member – Billingham

Shift: Monday - Friday | 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00

About the role

As an Advanced Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll take ownership of a specific piece of equipment, acting as a subject matter expert and supporting both performance and reliability. From resolving day-to-day issues and conducting product testing to maintaining hygiene and quality standards, you’ll be hands-on in delivering great results.

Using problem-solving tools and daily management systems, you’ll help reduce waste and drive continuous improvement. You'll also support your team by coaching others and sharing your knowledge. If you have a background in manufacturing or the food industry, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect fit.
