NHFT is looking for an experienced clinical pharmacist to lead and support the delivery of a clinical pharmacy service to their community inpatient beds.
The post holder will act as clinical lead for pharmacy services to Community Beds within NHFT. Our community hospitals offer inpatient specialist services for adult patients who need 24-hour inpatient care. The service is for sub-acute medicine and a combination of medical, physical and neurological needs.
This is a varied role with the successful applicant needing to work independently and within the pharmacy team. Travel between sites will be necessary and you must be able to travel independently to other bases in the Trust across Northamptonshire.
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire
