There has never been a more exciting time to work in primarycare, and Waterside Primary Care Network (PCN) is expanding its Clinical Team. We are seeking to recruit a positive, caring and self-motivated individual to take on the role and work in our Urgent Care Centre (UCC).
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) you will be a fabulous leading example of clinical excellence, with a minimum of two years experience, supporting colleagues in our friendly department, and providing advanced level clinical assessment and care. With a range of diagnostics available to aid your clinical examination, the Urgent Care Centre environment is an ideal place to consolidate previous experience of Emergency Department, Walk-in Centres, GP Practices or OOH environments.
The Waterside PCN is hugely successful in providing proactive and coordinated care to 43,000 patients and we would love for you to be a part of that! We have a strong focus on health promotion and personalised care, supporting people to make informed decisions about their health and social care.
We are a dynamic, friendly, and supportive PCN with significant experience in training healthcare professionals and offering new models of care utilising a diverse skill mix of professionals. Salary: £52,000 a year (FTE) depending on experience
