A leading healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for the Community ANP Team at East Ayrshire Community Hospital. In this full-time role, you will provide advanced nursing practice and work closely with an integrated care team to support patient transitions between home and hospital. Applicants must have an MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent and relevant clinical experience. This position requires a driving license and car ownership.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Community ANP Team, based at East Ayrshire Community Hospital.
Provide advanced autonomous nursing practice, including physical assessment, diagnosis, care planning and referrals. Participate in clinical decision‑making, leadership and continuity of care, and collaborate closely with the integrated care team, other ANPs and acute hospital colleagues to support smooth transitions of care to and from home and hospital.
• Registered nurse and qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with an MSc post‑graduate qualification or equivalent in Advanced Practice, or evidence of working at Advanced Practice Masters level.
• Experience within an appropriate clinical environment and demonstrated teaching/education of others.
• Independent non‑medical prescriber. Candidates who partially meet the essential criteria may be considered for a trainee Band 7 with a training programme for the initial period.
This post is full time, 5 days over 7.
Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
