We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Primary Care team. This is a remote position, where you will work autonomously, providing high-quality clinical care and demonstrating critical thinking in patient care decisions. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering expert care to patients and supporting the delivery of policy and procedures across the practice.Please be advised that the full-time for us is 40 hours per week.
