Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is one of the largest Trusts in England and a leading teaching hospital. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Breast Care Team at the North Manchester Site, with cross‑site working required.
The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care, providing clinical expertise in the future models of care for Greater Manchester. The role will involve working within the Nightingale Centre – a renowned centre of excellence for breast care with strong relationships with Macmillan and Prevent.
ACP’s will be supervised by an educational and clinical Consultant who will guide and give feedback as you develop your portfolio. You will work towards the four pillars of advanced practice, enhance your clinical skills, and provide safe patient care. All ACPs at MFT are supported to research, service‑development and audit, and to lead teaching with local Higher Education Institutes. You will have professional development time and weekly teaching provided by the Consultant team within WTWA. You will be educated to Masters Level, including independent non‑medical prescribing. Our aim is to improve service sustainability, quality and efficiency, enhance integrated services with the community and improve care pathways, delivering a truly person‑centred service.

Salary: £55,690 to £62,682 per annum, pro rata.
