Job description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic advanced clinical practitioner to join our existing hard-working team and are keen forthe right person to complement our surgery rather than making a person fit avacancy.

Main duties of the job

The role will include working as an autonomous practitioner as well as working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering minorillness management, urgent and planned care either by telephone, face-to-face in thesurgery or in the patients home.

Practitioners will work within their clinical competenciesand will prescribe in line with the current formulary and guidelines.

Other roles include supporting clinical colleagues, mentoring,and supporting the clinical lead and management team to deliver 21stcentury healthcare.
