Overview

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join a friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking GP surgery in Burton on Trent. The surgery has been through a period of positive change under new leadership, creating a collaborative and welcoming team culture.

The Surgery

Forward-thinking, single-site GP Practice

• 10,500 patients - inclusive, mixed community
• Purpose-built premises with 9 consulting rooms and ample on-site parking
• Supportive leadership team: experienced Lead GP and Practice Manager
• Excellent team culture - regular coffee mornings, open communication
• Positive transformation following new management and refurbishment
• EMIS system

Your Role

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) - 30 hours per week across 3 days.
• Focus on acute, same-day appointments.
• Minimum 15-minute appointment slots with dedicated admin time.
• Core hours 08:30-18:30.
• Independent Prescriber (or working towards).
• Supported by an experienced, multi-disciplinary team.
