Advanced Practitioner - Bradford

Location: Bradford
Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37 hours/week)
Pay: Up to £37.00 per hour
Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexible hybrid working! Some days you'll be in the office for team meetings or specific tasks as needed.

Role Overview:
As an Advanced Practitioner, you'll be a key player in supporting children and families across Bradford, providing expert guidance and delivering high-quality, person-centered interventions. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to promote positive outcomes and safeguard vulnerable individuals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead complex casework with children, young people, and families

  • Conduct detailed assessments and develop effective care plans

  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support

  • Provide expert advice and mentorship to junior staff

  • Participate in team days and office-based tasks as needed

  • ️ Promote safeguarding and welfare at all times
