Qualifications

• Support adults with physical disabilities and mental health needs.
• Undertake safeguarding investigations and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records.

Skills

Experience working within Adult Social Care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, mental capacity, and care planning

Education

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
