£36,363 to £40,777 + £3,000 welcome payment

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Social Worker with Social Work England and a qualifying degree.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and guidance.
  • A track record of effective, person-centred assessment and care management.
  • The drive to develop into a Best Interest Assessor or Approved Mental Health Professional.
  • Collaborates effectively with external agencies to build strong partnerships.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
Responsibilities:
  • Take on adult social work, including Care Act Assessments and person-centred support planning.
  • Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries.
  • Apply experience working with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.
  • Work in a strengths-based approach to empower individuals and champion independence.
  • Engage in crucial CHC and s117 work to ensure seamless support.
  • Thrive in a supportive culture with regular supervision and professional growth opportunities.
