This is an excellent opportunity for an established adult social care lawyer to support the Council by providing high-quality legal advice across a broad range of adult care matters, including advocacy and court work.

The Role

• Mentor/support the existing lawyer and legal assistant in the team

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of PQE in Adult Social Care law as a Solicitor in England and Wales
• Proven experience working as an Adult Social Care Solicitor within a local authority or similar public sector environment
• Strong expertise in Court of Protection, mental capacity, and mental health
