This is an exciting opportunity to step into an Adult Safeguarding Lead position within a supportive and forward-thinking Adult Services directorate. Your Role as Adult Safeguarding Lead

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for adult safeguarding across the service
• Lead on complex safeguarding concerns, including high-risk and multi-agency cases
• Offer expert advice, guidance, and challenge to practitioners and managers
• Ensure safeguarding practice aligns with legislation, policy, and best practice
• Chair and contribute to safeguarding meetings, panels, and reviews

• Qualified Social Worker registered with the appropriate professional body
