Qualifications

  • Experience in handling undifferentiated mental health presentations is required.
  • Understanding of ADHD and Autism presentations and referral pathways is essential.
  • Must be able to develop personalized mental health care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and support adults with varied mental health needs.
  • Provide safe, effective remote consultations for patients.
  • Triage and prioritize patient needs for timely interventions.
  • Support and guide the Mental Health Support Worker.
