The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Welwyn, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Borehamwood areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector - this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care in the UK.

You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.

Job Description

Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated Adult Care Assistants to join our team in Welwyn Hatfield, United Kingdom. As an Adult Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support in their homes.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with medication reminders and administration as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
• Document and report any changes in client's condition or concerns
• Participate in creating and implementing personalized care plans
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed
• Transport clients to appointments or social activities when required
• Adapt to changing client needs and schedules with flexibility and professionalism

Benefits Offered:

• * Hourly rates of £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits).

We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
