Job Description
- Manage and process student admissions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and update admissions records and databases.
- Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate admissions events, including open days and tours.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Prepare and distribute relevant documentation and communications to prospective families.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to admissions.
- Provide general administrative support to the department as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Admissions Officer should have:
- Experience in Admissions or as an Admissions Officer.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using databases and office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Experience in admissions or a similar administrative role within the Not For Profit sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
