The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills and a keen interest in sustainability. This predominantly remote role involves maintaining records, engaging with suppliers, and supporting Client Managers. ABOUT TRG

Track Record Global (TRG) are experts in natural material supply chain assessments, verifying that the legislation in place to protect consumers and the environment is adhered to as well as ensuring that the environmental claims made by our clients are traceable.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Client & Supplier Engagement team. Internally, this role is known as a Client & Supplier Engagement Advisor. This role will deliver professional communications not only with our clients, but our clients' suppliers. You must have impeccable communication and organisation skills, a flexible and dynamic approach, as well as a keen interest in sustainability and a willingness to learn.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure we deliver a professional service to our clients in the Retail and Timber Specialist industries.
  • Demonstrate an organised approach and meticulous record keeping with our internal systems.
  • Experience of working with in house systems to manage workload and deadlines.
  • Engage with our clients’ suppliers to complete their Due Diligence , use excellent telephone skills, and can explain complex requirements to those whose first language is not English.
  • Ability to talk to suppliers and clients and maintain confidentiality where applicable and have a friendly and helpful approach and the ability to build good relationships by phone and Email.
  • Ability to support Client Manager or Senior Client Manager, with their main contacts, taking messages or being able to elevate support when required.
  • Be client facing, ability to attend client meetings, cover supplier topics and take minutes to support the team.
  • Ability to perform Timber administration related tasks.
  • Ability to run reports or do basic tasks when the senior/client managers are away.
  • Complete mail merge for client and supplier comms, liaise with our internal ESG and Insights team to understand upcoming comms.
  • Have a passion for Sustainability and an interest in wider ESG subjects.
  • Multitasking skills and flexibility to ensure urgent or non‑BAU tasks are accommodated.
  • Proactive approach contacting internal to get answers and getting support when required. Be able to flex style for cross functional working.
  • Create best practice and can write and train processes on the back of your best practice ideas.
  • Managing your own part of your business with client.
  • With training, support the wider team with performing Product Technical File (PTF) Assessments.

Please note, this is a predominantly remote position, with the expectation of occasional face to face meetings.
