Hours: 35 per week

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm

The role

We are currently looking to recruit a Reception Administrator here at Housing 21.

Within the role you will provide an efficient front line service to the organisation ensuring high standards of customer services at all times. You will be the first person a visitor or customer meets or speaks to on the telephone and therefore a high level of customer care and professionalism is key to this role. Curious to know more? What we’re looking for

The essential requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience working in Customer Services preferably in a corporate environment
  • Good working knowledge of a switchboard
  • General office experience
  • Good standard of education to GCSE standard or equivalent
