A leading facilities services provider is seeking a Mobilisation Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support for multiple projects. This remote role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications like Smartsheet and SharePoint. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, assisting with communication flow, and supporting procurement activities. Ideal candidates are adaptable and detail-oriented, capable of independent and collaborative work to ensure successful mobilisation delivery.
LOCATION: National (Remote) – This role supports projects across the UK and may require occasional travel to ABM sites and attendance at Head Offices in London.
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

The Mobilisation Support Administrator provides essential administrative and organisational support to the Mobilisation Management team, helping to ensure the smooth setup and transition of new and existing contracts across ABM’s national portfolio.
The role includes supporting documentation control, updating project trackers in Smartsheet and SharePoint, and assisting with communication between operations teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects to support the successful delivery of mobilisations in line with ABM’s quality standards.
Note: Travel expenses will be covered when required.
