We're working with a well-established boutique financial services practice looking to add a dedicated administrator to their dynamic team who has a background in Administration in a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and improve administrative policies and processes

  • Assist advisers, paraplanners, and the wider team with documentation and client packs
  • Coordinate with providers, networks, and clients
  • Organise meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Handle phone calls and general admin tasks
