Administrator / Director Support
Salary: £35,000 FTE
Hours: 3 days per week (hours to be agreed)
Location: Office-based, Guildford area (Surrey)

The Role

We're looking for a confident, professional Administrator / Director Support to join our office for 3 days per week. This varied role sits at the heart of our business, supporting both the Director and the wider team.

Your responsibilities will be split between:

Director Support (50%)
  • Provide high‑quality administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage the Directors calendar arranging client meetings, internal appointments, and travel.
  • Act as first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Office Support (50%)
  • Oversee financial administration, including processing payments, raising invoices, and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Manage office insurance and supplier contracts (utilities, phones, landlord).
  • Keep the office running smoothly ordering supplies and handling day‑to‑day admin.
  • Organise annual client and staff events.
  • Carry out a wide range of general office support duties.
About You

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a supportive, close-knit team, but are equally comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a PA (essential).
  • Financial administration or bookkeeping experience (preferred, but training can be provided).
